Matthew McConaughey could front the new Yellowstone spin-off, according to Paramount boss, Chris McCarthy. During an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the CEO confirmed that an extension of the Yellowstone franchise is currently in the works, following the success of spin-offs 1883 and 1923. As for Matthew McConaughey's role in the upcoming series, Chris explained that the A-lister is still in negotiations with Yellowstone co-creator Taylor Sheridan. According to The Hollywood Reporter, no deal has officially been reached, though talks are taking place.
