Law firm Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati recently signed a 16.5-year lease to occupy 119,000 square feet at 31 W. 52nd St. in Midtown Manhattan. New York City real estate company Paramount Group Inc. (NYSE: PGRE) said the law firm will occupy floors five through eight currently leased to Clifford Chance LLP under a deal that is scheduled to expire in June 2024, and floor nine, which is currently vacant. Wilson Sonsini was founded in 1961 in Palo Alto, California, and has 19 offices around the world, including another in New York City on the 40th floor of 1301 Ave.
